Giving to Others Brings Us HOPE

Throughout December, we have been thinking, not about what we may receive ourselves at Christmas, but what we can give to others.  Through our Christmas Gift Appeal, children from every class have been buying gifts for children and teenagers across Manchester, wrapping and labelling them ready for themt o be distributed to children who are less fortunate than we are.  We have talked to the children about the wonderful feeling that can come from waking up on Christmas morning and knowing that a child, in our community - someone we have never met, will open one of our gifts.  This has brought such hope to our school's favourite month.
