Week 1 and 2
The children in EYFS have made a fabulous start to the new academic year. We've enjoyed meeting up with our old friends after the summer break and making new ones. We've agree on our classroom expectations and are re-establishing our classroom routines. Have a look at some of the other exciting things we've been up to.
We've planted some bulbs and are noticing some changes in the weather. We've have been leaning about autumn and looking for signs of autumn in the outdoors.
We celebrated Mary's birthday by having a birthday celebration and making birthday cards. Someone even made a playdough birthday cake!
We've been doing some scarf and ribbon dancing to help our gross motor skills develop and get our bodies ready for learning.
