Week 1
We have had a lovely first week back and the children have come back well rested and ready to learn. We have focused on our new Poetry unit, based on the poem 'Amulet' by Ted Hughes. The children have been learning about intonation and analysing the poem and its meaning through drama and freeze frames. We then played a noun game looking at the different types of nouns.
