    A huge well done to our amazing Girls Football Team who are the proud winners of The Burnage Girls League!!!! Our girls have shown incredible teamwork and commitment and have made us so proud! Well done to the team and a huge thank you to Mr Shaw for all his support and genius.

  • Happy Christmas Dinner Day!!!

    We have had a wonderful day today enjoying Christmas dinner together. A huge thank you to Ms Heaton & Ms Pelling, our cooks and to all of the support staff for setting our school up with such a festive atmosphere. All the children were beautifully behaved with excellent manners throughout.

  • We’re Going On A Bear Hunt…….

    We had a great time today at The Lowry Theatre as we went on a bear hunt! Through mime, music and dance, Early Years - Year 3 explored the famous story with mud, grass and water thrown in!

  • Year 1&2 Bring Peace to the World…..

    Year 1&2 led the school in a beautiful Advent liturgy marking the second week of our preparations for the birth of Jesus. Focusing on the words of Isaiah, John the Baptist and the Angel Gabriel, they helped us all to consider how we can bring peace to our homes, our school and the wider world. Well done to Year 1/2.

  • Year 3 at The Etihad

    Our Year 3 football team did an amazing job at their tournament at The Etihad Stadium today. They showed great team work and gained valuable experience, winning their final match of the morning 4-0. Well done Year 3!

  • Hope at St Bernard’s Throughout Advent

    Today we have started our Advent preparations. Over the next few weeks we will bear witness to our faith as we prepare for the coming of Our Lord and Saviour on Christmas Day. The children will pray around their Advent wreath each day spreading hope, peace, joy and the love of Christ to everyone we meet.
