The Cliff Welcome Our Girls Team ……..AND WE WON!!!!
Mon 29 Jan 2024Our girls were amazing today; competing against a variety of other schools in Manchester, sailing through to the final and WINNING to take their place in the overall final on the 8th February. An amazing effort girls, you have done us proud! Well done and a huge thank you to Mr Shaw.

The Cliff Welcome Our Boys Team
Tue 23 Jan 2024Our Boys Team played in their next tournament today at Manchester United’s training ground, The Cliff. They competed in five fast paced matches against nine other schools finishing in fourth place. This was an excellent afternoon of learning and experience for our brilliant team where their determination and commitment was shining for everyone to see.

Our Boys Are Off To A Flying Start…….
Mon 22 Jan 2024Having won the Girls Tournament of the Burnage League last term, the Boys Tournament is now underway. We played two of our matches tonight; the first against St Paul’s, winning 8-2 and the second against Ladybarn, winning 4-0. An excellent effort from this hard working squad who train with Mr Shaw every Monday after school. A brilliant start boys!

Happy Christmas Dinner Day!!!
Wed 13 Dec 2023We have had a wonderful day today enjoying Christmas dinner together. A huge thank you to Ms Heaton & Ms Pelling, our cooks and to all of the support staff for setting our school up with such a festive atmosphere. All the children were beautifully behaved with excellent manners throughout.

We’re Going On A Bear Hunt…….
Tue 12 Dec 2023We had a great time today at The Lowry Theatre as we went on a bear hunt! Through mime, music and dance, Early Years - Year 3 explored the famous story with mud, grass and water thrown in!

Year 1&2 Bring Peace to the World…..
Mon 11 Dec 2023Year 1&2 led the school in a beautiful Advent liturgy marking the second week of our preparations for the birth of Jesus. Focusing on the words of Isaiah, John the Baptist and the Angel Gabriel, they helped us all to consider how we can bring peace to our homes, our school and the wider world. Well done to Year 1/2.

Year 3 at The Etihad
Fri 08 Dec 2023Our Year 3 football team did an amazing job at their tournament at The Etihad Stadium today. They showed great team work and gained valuable experience, winning their final match of the morning 4-0. Well done Year 3!
