  • Internet Safety Week

    Mon 09 Sep 2024 C. Breeze

This week, every class has been exploring Internet Safety. In a world where technology has such a vital role, we have been teaching the children that the internet is a magnificent thing BUT - that it can present dangers and hazards that we all need to be aware of. Our week ended with Year 6, with the help of our partners at Altru Drama, producing their own play which they performed for other classes and for parents. Have a look at our Digital Safeguarding section if you would like some guidance on supporting your child’s use of technology.

  • Ash Wednesday Devotions

    Wed 14 Feb 2024 C. Breeze

Today, we have all started our Lenten preparations by listening to the Word of God, considering how we can give and pray more and receiving ashes on our foreheads showing everyone we meet that we are followers of Jesus. All of our children took part, from the many different faiths that we have in our school, experiencing this in a way that is meaningful to them. The St Bernard’s Way in action - unity, giving and dedication to others.
