  Well done to those children who took part in their very first training session for our forthcoming break-dancing competition.  Jordan, our coach, was very impressed with their effort and enthusiasm.

  

• Swimming Year 4

• Premier League Primary Stars Tournament

  After another brilliant morning at The Etihad Stadium, this time taking part in the Premier League Primary Stars Tournament, our fabulous Year 5/6 team finished second in their group.  They played really well and it was a great experience for us.  Thank you to Mr Shaw for all his teaching and support.

  

• Year 4: Another Great Morning at The Etihad!

  We are starting to feel very much at home at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium and spent a brilliant morning there today, this time with our Year 4 football squad.  Listening to Mr Shaw, learning how to play with each other and developing a real sense of team across the games that we played, we went on to win our final match at 1-0 and did the school proud.  Well done to everyone who came and played their part.

  

• Year 3 Reach the Final!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Our Year 3 Football Squad travelled to the The Etihad Stadium today for their first ever tournament against a variety of other schools in Manchester.  Having never played together as a team, we got all the way to the final.  As one of the strongest teams, we will now be invited to a special champions' competition in June.  We are VERY VERY proud of their effort, their behaviour and their energy - there were a lot of games to play (including one that ended with penalties!) and our team kept going brilliantly.  Well done Year 3 and a huge thank you to Mr Shaw for coaching our youngest team.

• Parents Evening March 2023

  Parents Evening takes place on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th March, in person.  The booking system is now live and you will have received a message containing a link to the booking portal.  We look forward to seeing you all.

• Chinese New Year Attendance Competition

  This week we have celebrated Chinese New Year with an amazing celebration in the hall, led by Mrs Rhodes' class (winners of our attendance competition).  The children had a wonderful time!

• Strike Action Spring Term 23
