Following some outstanding work from Ms Hill’s class, our local MP, Mr Jeff Smith came to visit our school. Year 3 & 4 listened beautifully as Mr Smith explained his role as an MP. The children then asked some excellent questions about what is being done by the government to address climate change. Mr Smith’s team were in touch later on to say that the children were a credit to us and that “their interest and behaviour was exemplary”. A huge well done to Ms Hill’s class and many thanks to Mr Smith for his time.
