We had an amazing visitor this afternoon in the form of the school’s new therapy dog who we can’t wait to see more of!! The children were amazingly well behaved and loved the visitor, as did the staff!
Year 4 attended Mass celebrating Saint Bernard on Thursday, and there was wonderful participation from all, but especially the 4 children who read and created art for the Mass. Following this, we returned to the playground to find an ice cream van! You can imagine our excitement! A fantastic surprise for the children, and a very giddy English lesson followed!
Well done to Year 4 this morning for a fantastic class mass celebrating our return to School! The children set a wonderful example of how we should behave, and everyone who had a role from speaking, to bringing up the gifts to the altars and carrying the bread and the wine fulfilled their roles fantastically. The children who didn’t have a role this time will take part in the next one. Well done guys!
