Blackout Poetry
Year 6T are really enjoying their new text, 'Survivors' by David Long. They picked out powerful words and phrases from the tale, 'The Girl who fell from the Sky', and blacked out the others to make a poem. They worked hard to select vocabulary which they felt would evoke the feelings or thoughts they wanted the reader to experience.
