Supporting Transition

At school we prepare the pupils for times of big transition, for example we visit our new teachers and our new classrooms, some of our pupils have a social story for the summer holidays to prepare them for their new classes.

There will always be changes in the lives of our children, some big and some small but what can you do to help your child?
