Week beginning 17th June
Maths and Science cross-curricular work: This week, we have been revising and having lots of discussion about 3D shapes, considering their properties and identifying faces, edges and vertices. Subsequently, we sketched a range of regular and irregular shapes, focusing primarily on prisms, and then had great fun using 3D prisms with torches to create rainbows, in order to investigate light phenomena in our science unit on 'Light'.
