In our maths learning this week we have been comparing numbers saying which is more/less and greater/smaller. We have enjoyed using the Cuisenaire rods to compare lengths. We looked at the different coloured rods and the numbers that they represent. We enjoyed using the rods along with base ten equipment to make structures. Good balancing skills year 1!
