Week beginning 12th February
This week, we were kindly invited (along with 3 other Primary Schools) to Burnage High School to watch a fun French play. A couple of our pupils were invited up on stage to participate and we had a wonderful afternoon whilst also improving our French language skills.
As we are now in the 40-day season of Lent, in preparation for Easter, on Wednesday we went to church for Mass and received ashes on our foreheads which symbolise death and repentance. We also held a collective worship in class and wrote our lenten promises in recognition of the discipline Jesus showed in the desert.
