We’ve had a wonderful storytelling week this week! From creating our own stories, to finding weird and wonderful places to read, to creating our own Stone Age reading cave, we’ve done it all!
Pentatonic Melodies
In music this half term we are looking at pentatonic scales and melodies and linking it to the Chinese New Year. Here are some of Year 4 (the football team were meeting with the coach) practicing a pentatonic melody on the glockenspiel. Well done Year 4 - playing, following a melody and keeping in time with one another is a hard task.
