This week we have been focusing on the events of Holy Week. We began by celebrating Palm Sunday when Jesus rode on a donkey into Jerusalem. We decorated palm leaves and waved these shouting "Praise Him! Hosanna!" We made our own colourful stained glass windows giving praises to Jesus. We enjoyed watching clips from Jesus Christ Superstar and talked about how the crowd cheered for Jesus then how things changed during Holy Week. We had our own 'Last Supper' to mark Maudy Thursday and made Easter gardens to remember Jesus who died on Good Friday.
Stations of the cross. Reflect and pray.
The Stations of the Cross is the journey Jesus took as he carried his cross and died for each of us. You've probably seen all the stations on the walls of your church. In this video you can reflect on each station remembering the journey Jesus made.
