World Book Day Celebrations

Drama Workshop

Children took part in an active drama workshop  which brought their favourite books to life.

Mask Design

As part of our World Day celebrations we designed our own masks and decorated them using mixed media. Our theme was Shakespeare and theatrical masks. Children really embraced the comedic, tragic and romantic aspects of Shakespeare's plays. A few too many scary creations for a Thursday afternoon!

We presented the finished masterpieces to our school community with a parade around the playground.

Our Therapy Dog Finn

During Golden time on Friday children enjoyed catching up and cuddling up with our friend Finn the dog.
