This week in our Science lessons, we planned and carried out an investigation to find out what happens to our heart rates when we participate in exercise.

Mindfulness
Today we took part in an online Mindfulness Workshop. What we say has a big impact on what we think about ourselves. We thought of 3 affirmations that we could repeat daily to make ourselves feel better. We considered what we are thankful for and how we can show gratitude. To finish off the workshop, we completed some breathing exercises.
