Week beginning 11th March
For Science Week, the children had great fun conducting a number of different investigations: Water animations, Milk art, Water fireworks and polishing pennies, all of which involved different exciting chemical reactions.
In English, we have been using our book - The Midnight Fair - to generate examples of direct and reported speech. The children worked in groups to come up with dialogue applicable to the different characters and how this could also be used to advance the action in a narrative.
