World Book Day Year 2's Classroom Door
We have been reading Fantastic Mr Fox during out story time. We thought our handprints illustrate the quote by Mr Fox in Roald Dahl's FANTASTIC novel.
World Book Day Come Dine With Me
Year Two had a fabulous time guessing the different delicious stories around the Come Dine With Me dinner table. We guessed the dishes of stories including Mr Wolf's Pancakes, Paddington Bear, Matilda, The Hungry Caterpillar, The Twits and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Narnia). We had had excellent table manners and lots of discussion around the dinner table.
World Book Day Masks
To celebrate our World Book Day, we created Fantastic Fox Masks from the Fantastic Fox family (skulk). We used various materials including crepe paper, felt tip, paint, glue and card to create our design. Year Two had a fabulous time creating them and looked fantastic showing them off in our wonderful Story Mask Parade.

Prediction: we need soap to make sure that we clean all of the bacteria away.
Result: we need soap and warm water to give our bodies the best chance of keeping bad bacteria away.
