How slow can you go?

Children explored the meaning of friction by designing an experiment to see which material would slow the cars down the most.

It was fun building ramps and using materials from bubble wrap to cloth bags to find out how the surface affected the speed.

Children have been challenged to spot friction in the world around them - it is everywhere!

Sequences and Movement

It has been great to see everybody's gymnastics skills develop over the last few weeks. They really make use of the apparatus to roll, jump and travel and the smoothness of their sequences has improved dramatically. Professional performances and impressive resilience everyone. Well done!
