Week beginning 4th December
This week in our Art lesson, we looked at a range of famous impressionist paintings, in particular one by Claude Monet entitled 'The Japanese Footbridge' The children made a fantastic start at replicating his painting by first mixing the colours to create the correct shades and then working on their brush stroke techniques.
During this week's Golden Time, the children enjoyed listening to Christmas tunes while creating colourful Christmas tree cards.
