Practical Maths - Inverse Operations
Children enjoyed using a range of equipment to create their own representations of a part whole model. Making these bar models, cherry models and pyramids, really consolidated their understanding of inverse operations.
Great team work and initiative Year 5/6!

Expressive Reading
Exploring a new descriptive text, children each chose their favourite sentence and added action and expression. The final result was extremely effective and fun to watch.
