Week beginning 2nd October
This week we’re reading the story Owl Babies and thinking about the change in seasons from Summer to Autumn. We have been making our own owl pictures using different media.
In maths Reception have been the comparing size of objects.
Nursery have been leaning number songs in maths and went on a listening walk in phonics.
Year 1 have been learning more about maps in Humanities. Today they compared an aerial map of Burnage to their own maps of Burnage discussing similarities and differences with their friends.
We’ve been learning the very special prayer - the Hail Mary today!
