Week beginning 9th January
As part of our People Who Help Us and Transport topic, this week we are reading The Naughty Bus by Jan Oke. We even think the bus has been visiting our classroom at night and making tracks on our tables and spilling oats on our floor! What a naughty bus!
We have a new vet’s surgery role play area in our classroom and the children are loving working in it!
We’ve changed our investigation table to a winter table to reflect the change in seasons too!
In maths we are exploring different ways of making 5. We played a beanbag throw game where we had to see how many of the 5 beanbags we could get in the hula hoop and record the scores using a tally.
