Week beginning 30th January
What another amazing day in story telling week. We read "The smartest giant in town" and created our own story map with actions to help us to retell the story. We have been making our own story boxes and helping to make porridge to feed "The Three Bears". We also welcomed our Year 5 and 6 friends this afternoon where we shared books and listened to them read us a story. We had a lovely time!
What a fantastic start to story telling week!!!!! We had a wonderful trip to the library where we listened to stories, sang songs, shared books with our friends and borrowed a book to bring back to read at school.
Today we made up our own amazing class story!
We read a mixed up fairy tale book which made us giggle. Then some children made up their own mixed up stories.

It’s been such a busy but brilliant week so far! As part of our People Who Help Us topic, we had a very exciting visit from our local PCSO’s today and tomorrow we’re expecting a visit from the fire brigade! What a fabulous week!
