Week 1
We've had a brilliant first week in Year 3! We've had a fun introduction into our English units on instructions by teaching a robot to make a jam sandwich and we have started our work on Pilgrims of Hope by learning how Daniel's faith anchored him and stopped him from being eaten by the lions in the Bible story, Daniel and the Lion. Just like the anchor in the Pilgrims of Hope logo represents the anchor of hope and faith, reminding believers that faith provides comfort and steadfastness during life's difficulties. We have also introduced our new math unit and practiced our handwritng.
