Week 2
We have had a wonderful world book day this week! The children (and staff) LOVED coming to school in their pajamas. We were inspired by the poem, When the colours spoke, by Grace Nicholls. We then got into groups of colours and thought about what those colours would say and do if they were people. From here, we created our own personification poem in our groups which we combined into a class poem. In the afternoon, we turned our poems into a mural, made our own stories and when parents came in, we got to decorate bookmarks together!
