Week 2
We have read the story of The little hen and the Great War, the children thought about how Arthur, the soldier must have felt and how Bertha the hen brought him joy and comfort during the war. From this, the children created some amazing rhyming couplet poems, self edited and illustrated them. Well done Year 3!
Year 3 have used the iPads this week to research Skara Brae, in preparation for our new English unit creating persuasive brochures to visit this special location!
