Week 2
WOW! Year 3 have had an absolutely fantastic world book day!! We had a lovely morning designing bookmarks, making our favourite characters out of plastercine, designing book covers and drawing our favourite characters as well as scavenger hunts in books in the library! We then chose 5 words and as it was such a nice day, went to the forest in our Pj’s and wrote our poems from our 5 words! We then took part in the BBC big read and presented our poems to our parents at the end of the day. Thank you to all the parents and carers who came to join us, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
