Week 3
This week, we planned our own fair test in science! We have conducted an experiment to see what soil is best for growing cress. The children brought in a range of soils from different places, and after investigating the soil to see what was in it, created their own test and growing conditions which we will monitor over the coming weeks.
Understand that Isaiah announces the coming of God
In RE this week, we discussed Isaiah's role as a prophet, preparing the people for God's coming. Using the scripture passage (Isaiah 40: 3-5) the children produced intepretive dances to reflect the language and imagery within in which showed how they would prepare for the coming of the Messiah.
