This hands-on opportunity sparked lots of curiosity and enthusiasm, and students asked thoughtful questions while learning more about these animals.

Following the visit, students used the experience as inspiration for their narrative writing. They focused on creating engaging stories by developing strong settings, descriptive language, and clear story structures. Many students worked hard to include effective vocabulary, varied sentence structures, and well-developed characters to bring their stories to life.

The alpaca visit provided a fantastic real-life stimulus for writing, and students showed great creativity and imagination when crafting their narratives. It was wonderful to see how confidently they transferred their experiences into written work.
