Week 8
We have been focusing a lot on our work with zones of regulation, identifying what colour we’re feeling and then coming up with toolkits to help us get back to the green zone. For our art lesson this week, we were inspired by the artist Andy Goldsworthy and, linking it with identify different emotions, went in the forest to create these emotions using the natural materials around us.
