On Thursday, we really enjoyed participating in a sponsored circuit training session with paralympic athlete, Michael Churm, whose athletic prowess saw him consistently ranked in the world top 10 for over a decade. A silver medalist at the 2000 Sydney Paralympics, he also competed in Beijing 2008 and held British records in the 60m, 100m, and 200m for over 10 years and the European 100m record for 8 years. Ranked World no. 3 in the 100m and a two times German Open Champion, his career is a testament to enduring excellence and speed. Our session was followed by an assembly where we learned lots about Michael's life and achievements...
