We agreed our Stay and Pray with our Mother’s Day song this morning- an extra surprise for the mums who attended! 😊 We talked about seeing Jesus in our hearts during Lent ( and always). We decorated some beautiful crosses, did some wonderful writing and made some fabulous models with the help of the adults this morning.
As always we had great fun at Forest School. We picked up litter, spotted signs of spring, looked and listened to the wildlife, created wonderful concoctions in the mud kitchen and played on the obstacle course.
We’ve started learning about the Easter story. Today we heard the story of Palm Sunday and tomorrow we’re making our own palms.
We walked a total of 90km between EYFS and Y6 and all the accompanying adults for our Big Lent Walk! Well done to all those who took part!
We’ve been taking advantage of the sunshine and doing lots of outdoor learning.
In RE we have been learning about the Easter story and remembering our Lenten promises when saying our prayers.
