It was a lovely start to the second half of the Spring term today with lots of parents and carers joining us for Stay and Pray. We learnt we are now in the period of Lent where we give up things, we pray more and give to show God how much we love Him.
We heard all about Bernie’s half term adventures ... Wow, What an amazing time he had! He even came to school in a new school jumper and had written a letter to the EYFS children.
Forest school was muddy but lots of fun. We made clay faces and enjoyed exploring the muddy puddles.
We are learning all about Chinese New Year this week....
Today we remembered Mrs Cummings, someone who was very close to our hearts in EYFS. This afternoon, we made craft bouquets in her honour, read one of her favourite stories Mrs Rainbow, listened to one of her favourite songs and made our own very sparkly, glittery rainbows.
We started the day with some yoga this morning
